my data onto a new hard drive. He saved me hundreds of dollars. Now my computer works better than ever. And we communicated verbally and remotely, as he did a clean sweep of my computer checking for viruses. I live in another state, and he did it all. His customer service is beyond fantastic. Adrian was always my “go to” computer guy when I lived in Illinois, and he still is, even though I now live in Tennessee. I recommend Adrian wholeheartedly if you ever need help with your computer.“

“I wanted to wait a few days after I received my laptop back from being repaired before I wrote a review. That said I'm more than happy with the quality, speed and cost of the repair of my laptop. Prior to coming here I had gotten come quotes from other repair shops. Practically every repair shop had a diagnostic fee that was at least 2 times more expensive than PC Mart had, so that alone is a really big cost that I had been saved from, and that's before they actually began working on my laptop. The cost of service in comparison to other places alone made me go with PC Mart, over other repair shops. Bringing in the laptop to the store for repairs was really straight forward and simple, and I was able to fairly quickly explain what was wrong with my laptop and have it checked in for repairs. The shop was also transparent during the repair from start to finish, also sending pictures of what they needed to repair, and also including how long it would take on top of including the cost of what each repair would cost. Eventually when my laptop was repaired, roughly 6 days later (I had some parts that they did not have on had that they had to order), I got a text and a call that my laptop was ready for pickup, and that was also really simple and quick. I went in actually tested my computer to make sure everything was working, as prior to service my laptop wouldn't post, and was basically an expensive paperweight before coming to them. After I was satisfied with the repairs, I paid and walked out happy with my laptop now in working order. The cost of the service was affordable considering what state my laptop was in, and much MUCH cheaper than other shops. The workers were great and pleasant to deal with, and weren't trying to make me pay an arm and a leg for the cost for service. So I am greatful to them for fixing my laptop. I would definitely reccomend them to anyone needing PC repairs, especially since speed, quality, and price are extremely reasonable when in comparison to other shops.“
