I had an issue with an external hard drive not connecting to my computer, so I called around to a few places in Naperville for possible data recovery. The first place wanted $100 (non refundable) just to LOOK at the hard drive - pass. Another spot said they had to send the drives out to a "clean room." But Ken at Mynex just said to drop in and we would see where things were at? Fair enough, I'm glad I did.Luckily, he quickly figured out I just needed an adapter to copy the data, no disk recovery needed (yay). I was looking for an anti static bag to fit my gpu so I could ship it back to cyber power cuz they sold me a pc with a bunk gpu. No stores had any bags, not even best buy. I called this store and the owner said if he can find one that fits I can have it free of charge. Nice guy! I'll definitely go here if I have any pc repair needs in the future!

I went in to ask them to repair an issue I had on my computer that I had spent hours trying to solve. They were able to diagnose my PC within minutes and had it fixed by that afternoon. They were clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about computers, and very insightful to work with. They even went above and beyond and updated some of my software just to make sure my PC wouldn't have any other issues. They did it all at a fair price and are a fantastic choice to solve any computer problem.
