****UPDATE****This situation has been resolved. Thank you, Jeff, for reaching out to me to rectify it.At one point I signed up for virus protection with the monthly subscription payment being deducted from my checking account automatically. Several months ago that computer was taken out of service. I have tried to contact TCG many times to discontinue the automatic payments but to no avail. When I call I get an answering machine, no actual person to talk to. I have left several detailed messages asking them to discontinue the payments but they are still taking the money out of my account every single month. Took my son's gaming laptop to them (wasn't working at all) and they were able to breathe new life back into the computer. I was very happy with the service provided and reasonable costs to fix. A good place to go for computer needs! We will go back with our other computers.
