Matt fixed a spliced wire/connection on our ebike motor controller. He completed the repair in under an hour and got us back up & running!! His communication from the time we first inquired until the job was done was impeccable!! Would HIGHLY recommend!!
I'd first heard about EDS when a friend had recommended them.
Since then I've come to EDS 3 times for assistance and Matt has always been a great help.
1st time: my computer battery wouldn't recharge. I'd tripped over the power cord and a connector had broken. Fixed!
2nd time: several keys on my laptop had popped off & I couldn't put 'em back on. His (free!) advice was that it'd be best & least expensive to buy a USB keyboard for under $20. Yup!
3rd time: my 6 yr old laptop was glitching & losing its internet connection - even when our iPads & Kindle were working. I asked for advice about buying a new computer, he suggested a couple of brands...read full review
