Michael and Stephen are amazing Techs. Came in with a busted GPU fan, Zotac 4070 Super 12GB Non-OC Twin Edge, and they were able to change it out in less than 30 minutes. Even ordered the parts for me. Both of theses guy are HIGHLY knowledgeable in this field and extremely helpful if you need anything more.
If there is anything to take away from this, please please please go to this shop if you are in the joliet/shorewood/plainfield area.
10/10 for the the only shop i trust in the local area to work on my PC who isn't a dude in his basement.

My computer memory issue was quickly diagnosed within 10 minutes, and the problem was resolved remotely in under an hour and a half. Stephen took the time to clearly explain the issue and was very easy to work with. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
I called Alpha earlier today, probably around 10:15AM. I explained to the owner that I had just built my 5th or 6th PC, but this one just wouldn't start. It was totally dead. This was my first build in years, so TBH, I wasn't surprised. I asked if they were open today? He said by appointment. He asked if I wanted to come in today? I eagerly said, I'd love to if it's not too much trouble. We set up a time and I showed up just as he instructed me to. He had a young man there, Michael to take a look at my PC.
