I use to feel like at least I know the person I’m caring for is getting quality health care at some of the other companies. Not this one if you have a worker from here you have someone who really cares. I haven’t met one employee that rubbed me the wrong way. “My 90 year old dad had been in assisted living with limited assistance before he had a fall. After a four day hospital stay and 3 weeks in rehab, his physical abilities were diminished. We found Assisting Hands and began 24/7 care for him in his unit, with 5 caregivers alternating shifts (one primary handling weekdays.). My sisters and I are very happy with each of the gentlemen that have worked with my dad so far. He hasn't made a peep about now having 24/7 caregivers. We are all a little surprised by that, but I do think it is a testament to the character and helpfulness of each of the men he has been with. And I've been impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of your staff whenever I've called. It really is a pleasure dealing with everyone at Assisting Hands.
