He was having accidents and his door-manners were terrible (jumping all over our guests) and since getting onto the e-collar he's been a lot more obedient. Kerry even came to our home after his 2-week stay to help with the transition and has made herself readily available whenever needed. She is an expert and we are so appreciative!!“

I call when I arrive and tell them about Jax and they greet me at the door and escort me through the store along the sides where there are no other doggies. “Pat is an excellent dog trainer. It has been years since I had a dog and last Christmas We gave our 10 year old son a German Shepard Puppy — Rosie. We love our Rosie but she is a high drive dog and can be very difficult. I had no idea how to handle this awesome dog. Pat was able to show me, my son, and my Wife how to walk in heel without Rosie pulling us all over place. Shepards never give-up!! Also he showed us how to have a well behaved dog in the house and car. How to make her sit still and down stay and all kinds of little tricks or hacks to get our dog to listen. He is never pressed for time and is very patient dealing with us. He is worth every dollar. I had complements from our vet and other people how well behaved our dog is. Don’t hesitate to use Pat. He is a good trustworthy man.“

“High praise for this Pets Hotel. First, the good, these are dog people! They love the animals like they are their own even if they are only staying one day. I always get extra perks and love receiving the photos of my dog receiving private story time. Also, one play session, my dog had a seizure and I sincerely appreciated the care and attention the staff showed our dog and us. They are trustworthy and good! My one critique is that sometimes PetSmart fills the hotel to capacity and when they are heavily busy or understaffed, my dog has not received the perks I scheduled. But I’m not charged when that happens, just a little disappointed that my dog didn’t have a premium experience. But all in all, I feel confident taking my dog here and I am happy that this service is available.“

FATHER Save Mi dog/(SON)... when he was just about 5 Months -N- 2009 & Mi baby made it ALL the way UNTIL He was 14 Years Old He just PASSED AWAY LAST YEAR...
