I recently had a basement issue regarding my sump pump and as a result had signifigant damage to my finished basement and contents. On a friends suggestion (who had their home repaired after the Coal City tornado by CCA) I contacted CCA Restoration and they came out same day and immdeiatley began the process to restore my home and contents. They worked with my insurance company, Allstate, and took care of everything start to finish. From their technicians to their estimators and even the owner they took care of me as if i was family. They were there everyday that they were scheduled and ON TIME! I also must mention this is the first time I have ever written a review on any company good or bad so this should indicate how satisfied both myself and my WIFE are. I can not recommend Grel highly enough after they replaced my 30-year-old AC. They were courteous and prompt throughout the entire process. Their quote was extremely reasonable. Moreover, I did NOT have to deal with pushy salesmen trying to sell me expensive units I didn't need. Grel simply got the job done, and just in time for a heat wave! Great workmanship as well and they pay attention to the small details, like adjusting my hvac drip pipe so I no longer trip over it constantly while doing laundry. This eye Dr was the nicest Dr I have ever dealt with. He had a small line forming and still took his time explaining a few things about my eyesight. He was kind, didn't rush, comforting, it's been a long time since I seen a Dr who actually cared, not just rushing to get to the next patient. I will always choose him now that I have been there.

They do a really good job and it doesn't get too packed like other places. I'll be coming more often. I used to go to their bridgeview location once in a while but they seem to have shut down.
Car had water leaking in had major damage to carpet even had mold growing in parts of my car they killed all the mold they could and neutralized the smell coming from the mold. Cleaned my entire trunk which also had a large pool of water (they drained it) gave me tips on how to protect my vehicle and recommend a good car cover to protect my car while not damaging paint. At the end of the service they had my car looking like it did when I first bought the car. Will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

My first time here (won't be my last either , definitely coming back) and as soon as I walked in I was treated like I was a regular. There's great customer service than there is Hiz service. As someone that's worked in the restaurant industry for 20 plus year I take customer service seriously. Besides being treated like a millionaire Candice did a beyond great job. Candice not only did a great job she just made me feel great Sharon the owner is just flat out a great human being , I understand the business aspect of it but I feel she went over and beyond to make me feel welcomed. Wow - this company is extremely customer service oriented. I've used them for probably 15 years. From the first call to state your need, to the follow-up call with a service window, to announcing when exactly the tech will arrive - great communication. The tech listened to my concerns, fixed my immediate issue, and provided guidance in another issue I was having including next steps if what he recommended failed. Not out to get your money - just to solve your issues!
Our old underground water pipes were replaced with new copper lines and our service was restored in 5 hours. A good crew that is clean and professional in every sense. Highly recommended especially in dealing with very old structures that require troubleshooting through unexpected twists and turns. They know the codes and safety concerns to give us non-bacteria laden clean drinkable water.

Love these guys! My lawn was looking really bad until I hired them. They do multiple things. I had my gutters cleaned and my bushes trimmed along with the grass cut and edgedGreat job! Now my lawn looks like carpet. I do highly reccomend them.
I’ve used Smitty’s twice now and they have been wonderful. Each time I requested a quote they got back to me same day, and were out to my house completing the job within 3 days. On this second time they accidentally hit my driveway gate with the truck, but they immediately informed me, were super apologetic, and had someone out to fix it the next day, good as new. I doubt they are the cheapest option, but as with most things, you get what you pay for. I’m happy to pay for their quality service and will use them again in the future!
