We have a four year old house that never got cool (the air conditioner would take the temperature down 10-12 degrees, but not more. The builder and HVAC person that installed it said that was normal.
After learning about Bauer, I called and they sent Jeremy today to look at the system. He took pictures, explained the problem, and has a solution. What he did today already make the house much cooler, and we look forward to having them come and make the changes that we need for a system where we can live in our house!

Travis is an absolute go-getter. I've brought him in on three highly specialized restoration jobs because he's the best option to efficiently take over difficult and demanding projects. One was an 1860's Silver Mine in Flint, one was a 1860's Pennsylvania barn frame on the Sunny Slope and one was an 1850's barn frame being made into a house in New Meadows, Idaho. He has proven trustworthy and competent each time. A couple folks complained on this forum that he drives too fast. Well, he's probably running around, trying to give his customer the best deal possible. He's easy to approach and talk over concerns and questions with.
