“I was referred to On Point by Indian Creek Vet. I was initially skeptical because some of the reviews I read before scheduling made me nervous. Even so, I decided to call them over two other clinics on my referral list. Scheduling was easy, even when I asked for a sooner appointment time.

When I walked in, I was still unsure what to expect, but the assistant was kind and immediately made me feel comfortable. I especially felt at ease with Dr. Frost, who assisted us. She was pleasant, kind, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand.

I can’t speak for anyone else’s experience, but I enjoyed our visit and felt that they were very kind to my senior dog, Oso. The prices were high, but it was an urgent care appointment. Needless to say, I would return in the future if needed.“
