Been going here for 13 years. My problem is not with the doctor but with one of the front office staff. She is rude and acts as if she runs the office. My dog was up all night with itching and discomfort and I called the doctor to see what they could help me out. She said to come in and they would try anal gland therapyI and that maybe he could have had a seizure so I brought him in and they did his anal glands and said he was done. I was assuming I would talk to Dr Mills about the itching and pacing all night but she said she didn’t schedule anything with Dr Mills and sent me home. I’ve taken all of my animals here. For longer than I can even remember. They are amazing. Responsive. Sensitive. Knowledgeable. I truly believe they love my animals and have been so good to me. Thank you team for taking such good care of my pet family.
Finding a new doctor can be stressful. Especially when it’s for your pet that can’t tell you how they feel. Dr. Doug was incredible. We have our own dogs, we’ve worked with foster dogs, and supported rescues for many years so we’ve met a lot of veterinarians and seen a lot of exams, and after care for surgeries, etc. Our almost ten year old girl had her exam here yesterday (she’s got some minor health concerns and is on medication). This clinic was phenomenal from the beginning. I was checked in quickly, with kindness.
