Super friendly and accommodating. Really focused on accurate assessment of our dog’s problem. I felt like they were careful to not overstate or set up a never ending set of visits. They made a great clear diagonals, which was spot on, helped us fix the issue permanently and how to manage it ourself moving forward if there was a repeat need. A true root cause approach and great service for our dog’s needs.

Our recent visit was to update vaccines on our cat and to continue to monitor her weight which had been an issue. Once again, we found Dr Fineman and his staff friendly, thorough and as always, on point. He has helped keep our older cat healthy while finding reasonable ways to deal with her issues.

We had recently moved to Meridian with our 13 years old rescued JRT. She started to go down hill and we knew it was time for her to cross the Rainbow Bridge. Called several vets in the area, but they all said their next appointment wasn't until the following week. We knew Sportie wouldn't last that long and would suffer unnecessarily. Called Paramount, explained the problem and they said to bring her right in. Everyone there were very friendly and Dr. Mark really set the tone of a very compassionate veterinarian hospital.We spoke as he examined Sportie and spoke to us in very clear language.
