We have been working with this group for months on a project. I keep waiting for them to be ahead of the curve and efficient, but so far we have to stay on top of them every step of the way and then wait wait wait. I will add to my review if things get better.Update: apparently survey type work can take a very long time, but it is done, and done well! To be entirely honest, it was a very difficult situation and they bent over backward to work with us. I do appreciate that very much!! They did have to redo some of the survey work from things overlooked the first time, and I think we had to pay for that work to be redone. But overall, we are happy now, because the project is finished!!! .

I was pleased Fred answered the phone when I called even though he was on a job. He actually picked up! He was willing to meet my property manager out at the property within days of my call to evaluate our roof. He texted and called me to fully explain what his thoughts and recommendations were on the roof. He didn’t advocate for a new roof right away. Told us we might need one if the roof was 30-40 years old and its life was therefore nearly gone. I thought his evaluation was honest. While he hasn’t done work for us yet, I cannot communicate enough how pleased I have been with his responsiveness. That’s a huge plus when others won’t even bother to call me back. I’m sure I’ll be calling him in the future.

Our first contact with AGE was Luke in sales. He was professional, knowledgeable about HVAC systems and their Lennox products and personable. It certainly helped that we both graduated from the same high school in Montana. Once we determined the right system for our home AGE scheduled our installation quickly and sent a great team in including electrician Don, Jake, David, and Mike to start and finish the work. While not an expert on the topic I could tell from start to finish that their work was done with excellence. This was confirmed in a few days when Sue from AGE scheduled independent inspectors to check their work on HVAC and electrical. Both inspectors agreed that the installation was very well done. Our new Lennox heat pump and air handler is working perfectly. AGE delivered excellent results and I would recommend them to neighbors friends and family.
Today I got my haircut and it was by far the best cut I've ever had. As she washed my hair she massaged my scalp and was conscious of the pressure and made sure to ask if I was okay. The aroma from her oil diffuser was rejuvenating and made me feel like I was in a comfortable environment. She gave me exactly what I asked for while focusing on the health of my hair. We had amazing conversation yet it was still professional. Hannah pays close attention to detail and I will definitely stop cutting my hair on my own just to get my hair done and feel like a princess for a day!

I had a brutal pain in my arm (too much moving firewood at my age) and she worked on me - and she researched whoile I was there, and she continued to work on me until I finally had relief. Her knowledge, her instincts and her grace are all unmatched. She is kind, caring, strong and uses many tecjniques on me. I highly recommend.
What a wonderful experience! and gift!! Just for starters, Lacie at the front desk was so helpful and showed me around to get me started. Deb gave me an amazing massage. Everyone should feel that good everyday! I was clay in her hands molded to her whim with her extensive knowledge. The setting was gorgeous and soothing. The water wall, just sitting by it for a short time was ultra relaxing. The was spectacular.

Chris is an absolutely incredible artist and extremely talented. I walked in one day, told him what I was thinking I wanted, made an appt and came in, he already had exactly what I wanted drew up besides me being very unprepared (I.e. not sending photos before hand) He took the time to get to know what I wanted and didn’t force anything. He was extremely quick in his work but very very detail oriented, I had 3 sessions and every one of those were wonderful. He took extreme care of my skin while tattooing and for an artist, that’s saying a lot. He wasn’t the type to just get in and get out, he took his time making it absolutely beautiful but didn’t tear my skin up by being too heavy handed. Hats off to Black Elk Collective! Been looking for an awesome studio for a long time, especially around N. Idaho and finally found it. Thank you guys! Keep killing it! See you again soon ??
Wonderful staff. The gentleman who pierced my daughters ears had some extreme patience. Took probably close to an hour for him and I to talk her into being ready for her second one. Cost of everything now days is high, so since she refused to just let me do it for her I firmly believe bleeding hearts was the best next option in our local area.

Great service. He walked me through the cleaning process. Sent me links to purchase chemicals. Monitored my project from abroad. I can’t recommend this company enough.

This Saturday we had a yellow jacket infestation inside our house. I am pregnant and have two toddlers in the house as well. We were subscribers to Pointe Pest. If their products worked this infestation should have never happened in the first place. I had called them in the morning distressed and they say “they may or may not call me back”. So I had to go through the Yellowjacket swarm to pack a go-bag because we couldn’t be in the house and didn’t know how long we would have to be gone. After 6 hours of no returned call and we had no idea what we were going to do, where we were going stay, I decided to call Organix. They answered my call immediately and within a few hours they had treated our home and solved our problem! The next morning we were safe and sound in our home. If you’re looking for an amazing alternative in sandpoint I would highly suggest utilizing Organix!!

Tyler and his crew were phenomenal. I don't use that word much, but in this case, it fits their job performance. They showed up on the job when they said they were going to, and did what they said they were going to do. Easy to work with, and very efficient- never a wasted step crew. There was no damage to any of our yard art and cleanup was perfect. Ours was a very large nine stem clump of cottonwoods that presented some technical challenges, but they handled the job perfectly. We are very happy!

I love how Dr Adam’s is basic in practice. Not many professional doctors will come to the waiting room themselves to take patients to their office!! (A typical doctor visit for us is seeing several nurses and administrators and only seeing a doctor for a couple of “professional” minutes) Dr Adam’s seems knowledgeable on the latest in chiropractic care, working with the nervous system health and wellness. The office is clean ! A nice public restroom and our kids have been relaxed around Dr. Adam’s . Thank you for helping us!

Love love loved my experience with Cassandra. She truly listened to my needs and was informative on ways to help improve the mobility on my frozen shoulder. It was more than a standard massage, you could feel she truly cared about investigating the root spots of tension. I wish I lived locally to follow up but will definitely book in advanced when I am I town. Side note* the location was a little confusing on maps to find. The spa is located in the old high school brick building on the second floor.
Joline has been a great help recovering from a strained neck and shoulders with a lot of miles on them. She is good at what she does.
Awesome skills. She is great at targeting troubled muscles and the conective areas. She has even helped figure out what small tasks I was doing that inflamed the issue essentially causing that problem to go way on its own. Also very knowledgeable has answered any questions I've had during the appointment.
