A couple years ago I had surgery on my hamstring, and Adriana has been great at massaging the tight muscles, and the secondary muscles that get overworked. Her deep-tissue massaging really makes a difference and her peaceful presence is so relaxing.
5-stars all the way. I’d give her 20 if I could. This has been one of the best massages I’ve ever gotten. Adriana took the time to listen to what I wanted, and worked it into my session. She’s friendly, professional and gives an incredibly soothing and relaxing deep tissue massage. (Yes, that is possible!) Highly recommend!
I have had a couple of massages from Adriana and always great. The last full body massage helped me get mobility back in my arm and hips. What a relief. Today I had an hour long Cranial Sacral reset. Very relaxing and needed.
I will be continuing alternating between both to compliment the chiropractic work I already get every couple of weeks.
I'm always looking for holistic ways to heal my body and Adriana is very knowledgeable and talented in her craft and practice.
