I have had a couple of massages from Adriana and always great. The last full body massage helped me get mobility back in my arm and hips. What a relief. Today I had an hour long Cranial Sacral reset. Very relaxing and needed.
I will be continuing alternating between both to compliment the chiropractic work I already get every couple of weeks.
I'm always looking for holistic ways to heal my body and Adriana is very knowledgeable and talented in her craft and practice.
I highly recommend her!

I’ve had dozens of massages over the years, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massages. There’s definitely “cookie cutter” approaches that most masseuses default to; in my experience, many dig in with their elbows for the sake of “going deep,” or they rush through areas without really listening to what your body needs.
