Adriana is a naturally gifted healer. After her massage and stretching work, I felt 5 yrs younger. She also did some energy- movement work on the back of my neck that was extremely calming and relieved lots of stress.
She has great, positive, healing energy. My only regret is I live in Boise, bc it’s too far for me to drive to Sand Point to heal my stress build-up in my back, neck, and other parts of my body.
A couple years ago I had surgery on my hamstring, and Adriana has been great at massaging the tight muscles, and the secondary muscles that get overworked. Her deep-tissue massaging really makes a difference and her peaceful presence is so relaxing.

She’s friendly, professional and gives an incredibly soothing and relaxing deep tissue massage. (Yes, that is possible!) Highly recommend!
