Brought my 4yr old in for her Birthday for her first ear piercing. Erika was very friendly and made her feel comfortable and was so patient! Everyone else in the shop also made conversation with her and just made the entire experience great.

it was well set up for relative privacy when getting a tattoo or piercing. Reasonable rates. I personally didn't have a great result but it's not due to the business in general.

I’m in the process of a full sleeve with Hayden, he’s been awesome to work with - he really listens to understand - working with him and watching him create my dream sleeve has been a joyous experience. He takes his time explaining everything about his creative process / interpretation of my ideas and wants. He’s patient, never rushes ANY detail and is an amazing artist. All that said, months before I scheduled this big project, I came in with my friend to try to get quick matchy tattoos, unfortunately everyone was busy, but even super busy, Jon greeted us right away, asked us what he could help us with, let us down gently (haha), and Erika made a recommendation...read full review
