Chris is an absolutely incredible artist and extremely talented. I walked in one day, told him what I was thinking I wanted, made an appt and came in, he already had exactly what I wanted drew up besides me being very unprepared (I.e. not sending photos before hand) He took the time to get to know what I wanted and didn’t force anything. He was extremely quick in his work but very very detail oriented, I had 3 sessions and every one of those were wonderful. He took extreme care of my skin while tattooing and for an artist, that’s saying a lot. The staff was great and friendly. They were very open to my ideas and thoughts on how I wanted to memorialize my wife through this tattoo. Nick did an amazing job, and I would highly recommend him or anyone at Black Elk Collective if you are in the market for some amazing ink!
Great environment, great people, and great artists. Chris and I tackled a full sleeve in about 4 months or so. The healing process went smoothly and I can’t wait to get another sleeve done at some point.
