We were dog sitting and the dog decided to pee all of our brand new very expensive area rug. I called Xtreme the very next morning and Tony came out. He cleaned the carpet perfectly and all the urine is gone. Saved my area rug! Thank you for having availability because a longer wait would mean a bigger problem. Very happy!
Very professional and excellent job! My old carpet looks better than I could I have thought possible.
The reason for the 4 star is that he arrived later than our time frame. When he arrived he was friendly and nice, got right to work and did a wonderful job of getting the carpets cleaned in a timely but thoroughly cleaned. Yes I would use them again.
