Brian came out the same day I called him. My grandson was sick and we had a mess on brand new carpet. Brian was very helpful explaining what he was doing and what I should have done. He even came back the next day to follow up and make sure it was going to be ok. Who does that? He was very professional. I don’t usually give comment reviews however being new to the area I chose his company because of the great reviews.
Brian took the time to talk to me during his off time to give his advice to remove cat urine smell out of a recliner that had gone into the cushion before we paid someone. His advice was a god send to removed the smell completely without needing to have a professional come to our home. Highly recommend his expert advice first before you hire just anyone.
I called Sandpoint Carpet Care because I was having an issue that a house guest caused. The owner was out of the country on vacation with a huge time difference. He answered the phone. Who does that. Great service. He walked me through the cleaning process. Sent me links to purchase chemicals. Monitored my project from abroad. I can’t recommend this company enough.
