Kyler was amazing to work with. He had great communication and always had our best interests in mind. Any time we had questions he was patient and took the time to explain and meet our needs. He was always punctual when we met and followed through with everything we asked of him. The home turned out beautiful. After 27 years in real estate and listing management for multiple new construction projects over the years, I tend to keep my expectations low when buying a new build. We were pleasantly surprised with both the quality and consistency of the product but more importantly the superb follow-up once we moved in this past week. Bought a home in Lugarno Terra, Kuna. We absolutely love the layout of the house, the quality of build is fantastic, no shortcuts. We’ve had some electrical work done to add a few fans and outlets and the electrician told us the house was “overbuilt”, which in my mind is a great thing. Attention to detail in the guild is top notch. I would highly recommend a Tresidio home to someone looking for a quality, long lasting home.
