Just finished a house build with Tresidio. I can honestly say that this was one of the smoothest processes from start to finish I have had the pleasure of being a part of. The entire process from lot selection, home plan changes, the design studio, and throughout construction was seamless and stress free.Annie Valentine ensured the home we were building was exactly what we wanted and she was very patient and helpful during the initial phases of the decision process. I built a home with Tresidio about a year ago. Everything from start to finish went very well!!! Sam Waters was my Project Manager, he was a pleasure to work with!! I also would like to thank Annie Valentine for putting the deal together.Also, thanks to everyone at Tresidio for a beautiful home!!

What a pleasure it’s been working side by side with the Tresidio staff!! Being in the industry we quickly realized Tresidio homes were above and beyond the competition. We’ve been looking forward to this build for months and now that it’s complete we’re more than satisfied.. From the office staff, to the design/build staff( Annie, Nadza), to the general foreman(Bryan), everyone has been so easy to work with!!I’d highly encourage anyone looking to build to check out Tresidio Homes before picking a builder!!I’ll be updating my review once our landscaping and fencing are complete.Nick P
