Such a great experience. After getting ripped off by another plumber in town (who refunded half the money when it was dicovered. I decided to go with a bigger name in town. Butch came out and gave a great suggestion for my lack of hot water and it was reasonably piced. ken came out and did a great job. This was the 2nd time they came out and I couldn't be pleased.

​My water heater recently stopped working. I called Fred's who installed the water heater 2 years ago. I spoke to Ashley and she knew about the issues with Rheem water heaters currently and she advised me exactly what to do. She set this up where they used their own part to replace my broken piece that was being sent by the company so I did not have to wait. They came the same day and got us in and got our water heater working. Ashley made this entire process so easy and was extremely helpful. The techs are great as well, no issues. The guys were great! Professional yet friendly. Fixed everything we needed. Got the job done and even showed my husband I exactly what they did.
