As a long term athlete I came to Shawn with a major back issue that had been keeping me in pain for months and months. I finally took the time to meet him (he met us on a Saturday morning!) and I immediately could tell he was different. His evaluation was thorough, his attention to the details of my life and needs was surprising. He took the time to explain why my pain was enduring and how I could start doing corrective work. I went from not being able to sit and feeling constant pain to in a very short few days feeling better and better. He gave me just a few simple exercises to do that fit into my busy hectic life. Shawn is fabulous! I saw him for some shoulder and hand issues I was having, and he figured out what the problem was (TOS) and gave me treatment for it. I saw him for three months, and I've continued my PT at home for four months since and am doing very well. I will continue making PT part of my daily routine so that I stay healthy, which was the original goal.I highly recommend Shawn! He is professional, reliable, knowledgeable, and very easy and comfortable to work with. Thank you, Shawn!

My wife had a concussion in June ‘22 she became very sedentary due to post concussion syndrome by Oct her head was better but she started w horrible back spams and daily, chronic back pain and hip pain. She tried medication, chiropractor 2xs a wk, massage 2xs wk and physical therapy. Most Dr’s believed she had a herniated disk. In January she saw Shawn M (he also believed it was a herniated disk). With in 2 weeks she was 50% better! It was crazy literally 2 stretches every few hours, now with the addition to their Repex Table she is approx 70% better.
