“It has been a little over 2-1/2 years since my wife and I had Precision Gutters & Roofing remove our old roofing and gutters, and install all-new roofing and gutters. A crew arrived early in the morning and completed the tear-off and total replacement by that afternoon. Each person knew what they were doing, did their tasks quickly and neatly.Even the cleanup was great with a thorough pass around the house including magnetic capture of fallen nails. You're always going to have a number of old shingle nails on the ground afterwards.I followed up their cleanup with my own 24 inch wide magnet on wheels w/broomstick handle. Roofing nails will hide between and under bark and rock. I was pleased that barely a few nails escaped from Precisions excellent cleanup job.Sun, rain, snow, temperatures well below freezing and occasional winds are commonplace. The roofing and gutters have handled this perfectly; looking like the work was just completed yesterday.Two pictures included show the work in progress, and a completed roof & front gutter on the 29th of April, 2021. I was tempted to Photoshop the overcast sky but I left these pictures on touched.“
