Damage Restoration in Hayden

“I first used Creekside Construction when I had three trees fall on the roof and also on the deck of my home in 2021. My insurance company while not making any specific recommendations told me this was one of the companies they have worked with, and which has had positive results.I conducted research and after seeing many positive reviews I decided to call them. One of the owners, Dave called me back immediately and even though they were inundated due to many homes in our area suffering damage due to a windstorm, had work crews at my house the next day. All damage was repaired, and a new deck was built pretty quickly.During the construction, Dave educated me on the different types of decking materials, rail types, etc. Dave saved us money by explaining what we could do to minimize costs and the job was completed in a reasonable time by professional tradesmen.In 2023, we again hired Creekside Consruction to rebuild an in-law unit. This unit has a kitchen and bedrooms. Brennan and Brandon responded and after explaining what needed to be done drew up a sketch/plans and showed my wife and I how we could maximize the space we had based on our budget. The cost and timeline of the project was given, and we hired them.The unit was eventually gutted and rebuilt which included heating being installed. The job consisted of electrical work, plumbing, drywall, texturing, painting, baseboards, and flooring being needed.During this time, Brennan and Brandon kept us informed, told us when sub-contractors would be coming (all top notch/ professional) and answered any questions we had which were many. The job was completed on time and the costs were in the range they quoted. We love the unit.Dave, Brennan, Brandon and the entire crew working with them are knowledgeable, professional and kind persons. Our experience was great and I would highly recommend this company. We will definitely hire them again as we have many more jobs on this old Hayden home!“

“Envirocheck performed mold testing and remediation for a punctured waste drain line. I did experience some frustration in obtaining a bid and getting the work scheduled. I feel the majority of the actual remediation was done in a fast, friendly efficient manner, however I was unhappy with the work done in the crawl space area. After complaining and meeting with them they have agreed to rectify the problem and I have modified my rating to reflect this“

“4 Stars PLUS!!! If I could give Servpro a 4.75 Star Rating I would. Just before Christmas of 2023 we had a water line break on our main floor. I got home late in the afternoon to sound of water rushing and the site that no one wants to see, water everywhere! After getting the water shut off and several bath towels thrown around, we called Servpro and within an hour the troops arrived. These guys don't mess around! We have never been through a situation like this before and their team explained how the process was going to work and what we could expect. That helped ease our minds AND THEN the demo work began. Seriously, the Servpro Crew immediately began evacuating water, removing baseboard trim, flooring, cabinets, etc. Honestly, it was pretty impressive how seamless their crew was able to remove damaged items without causing more damage. Not only would I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Servpro but I would especially like to thank Jacob, Cole, Travis, Colby, Danny and Ryan for being very professional and thorough with their work. This was no small issue and it took over a week for things to get removed and the drying out to get completed. This crew always made sure that we knew what was going to happen each day, if there was an issue they would check with us on how it should be handled (along with their recommendation) and then at the end of the day they would let us know what equipment they were leaving, why and what time they would arrive in the morning. Always on time and true professionalism.So, why not 5 stars? The ONLY reason why I didn't give them 5 stars is because there were some small nicks and scratches on our cabinets that happened during the demo that can't be repaired. The only reason why I even care is because we had just remodeled our home and all of our cabinets are brand new. At the end of the day, yes we are bummed out about he slight damage that happened and compared to how much work that Servpro completed and did do right, we understand that things could've been way worse. We are definitely impressed with Servpro and will recommend them to everyone who has to face unfortunate circumstances like this.Thanks again Servpro!!!“
