“I have a dog rescue in Dallas, called Stray to Play Rescue - and am also an SVP at a regional bank in Dallas. I was in town delivering a rescue dog to my family, when we decided to go to the pet store. My family suggested Northwest Pets - so we went. After a terrible experience there, we returned all our purchases.

I work with Pet Supplies Plus in Dallas, and often host adoption events there. I said - that’s it - we are heading to Pet Supplies Plus! We were greeted IMMEDIATELY by Trinity and Rhianna ( I think? ) who opened the door, fell to their knees GUSHING over our puppies! They were so KIND, warm and loving - and then walked us through how to use the dog wash and brought us happy hoodies! THIS is exceptional customer service - PSP is so lucky to have these wonderful ladies working for them. This is why I will always use PSP - even out of state - for my rescue dogs!!! Wonderful experience!!! Thank you Trinity and Rhianna for making me feel at home - 1,800 miles away from home.“

“I cannot say enough good things about Ewing Animal Hospital. We have utilized services by both Dr. Wethered & Dr. Lieske for various reasons across the years (annual check-ups, spays, tumor removal, blood panels, kidney failure, multiple day hospitalizations, etc.). There is no such thing as a dumb question and I have never felt like I was rushed through an appointment or like communication was lacking like some other reviews state. They do a really great job at trying to accommodate any of your scheduling needs. Both vets also work out of another location so if their schedule at Ewing does not fit your availability or needs, they do a great job at coordinating with the other location to ensure your pet is able to be seen. The staff ranging from their awesome veterinarians, vet techs to their front reception team show that they actually care which really helps during those spooky hospital stays because you can trust that your pet is in good hands (and receives love and attention during their stay). That portion was HUGE for me. I knew my pets were not just hanging out alone in their kennel. Visits were allowed and each staff member we came in contact with had a million things to say and chatted about the time they were spending with them. I could not recommend them enough.“

“We have been taking both of our dogs here for two years, before that we were taking them to PetSmart. It was just so impersonal. I also didn’t like walking all the way to the back of the store because my dog is very vocal the service here feels personal. At pretty paws I know I’m getting the same groomer every time she even lets me know for my next appointment if she’s going to be at work that day or not. I love that my dogs get to see the same groomer every time so they feel comfortable, and probably more than half the time they decide to do something cute and extra to my dogs. They’ll put little pom-poms on them or paint their nails. I know my dogs are taken care of while they are at Pretty paws.“

“I take my cat Dune to Sagan and she is absolutely amazing she is always super excited to see him and I and she does wonderful with him. She is really well priced and she works with our schedule when its a little bit crazy. She gave him a teddy bear cut this past week and he looks so adorable, is insanely soft, and was super happy when I picked him up. I would definitely recommend her for grooming services.“
