“You never really appreciate customer service until you see how people treat your pets.
This store has the best management team. They’ve been with us through the food allergy phase, the seasonal allergy phase, and now they just get to hang out and scratch our boxer butts for 10 minutes and chat.
I’m so lucky to have such caring people help me and my pets. We ❤ this store!”
“This was the 1st time bringing my Aussie, Bindi here. She is getting older (15 now) & Mike was great with her. He did an amazing job trimming her and getting her undercoat thinned out. She looks beautiful and she acts happy as well. I will be back & I promise not to wait so long! Thank you. 😀”
“My dog’s grooming experience was great. He felt comfortable and safe. The Staff is friendly and courteous. I would recommend this facility to other dog owners.”
