My two doggies are a handful. They are afraid of everything. Barely could get them inside the door. They had to convince my one gigi to get on the scale. The other one was hiding under the bench. That didn't even stop these wonderful groomers . The patience they had amazed me. A few hours later I picked up two very calm dogs that were expertly cleaned up ! Love this place . Will bring them again ! Thank you!
I have been using my service for a couple years and they do such a great job with my dogs. It’s so nice to not have to bring my dog into his a grooming facility. They’re much more at having services done in the privacy of our own house. They are so good with the dogs and put them at ease. Great services!
We have been taking both of our dogs here for two years, before that we were taking them to PetSmart. It was just so impersonal. I also didn’t like walking all the way to the back of the store because my dog is very vocal the service here feels personal. At pretty paws I know I’m getting the same groomer every time she even lets me know for my next appointment if she’s going to be at work that day or not. I love that my dogs get to see the same groomer every time so they feel comfortable, and probably more than half the time they decide to do something cute and extra to my dogs.
