“We have been taking both of our dogs here for two years, before that we were taking them to PetSmart. It was just so impersonal. I also didn’t like walking all the way to the back of the store because my dog is very vocal the service here feels personal. At pretty paws I know I’m getting the same groomer every time she even lets me know for my next appointment if she’s going to be at work that day or not. I love that my dogs get to see the same groomer every time so they feel comfortable, and probably more than half the time they decide to do something cute and extra to my dogs. They’ll put little pom-poms on them or paint their nails. I know my dogs are taken care of while they are at Pretty paws.“
