I started taking my basset hounds to Pet Supplies Plus because they have walk-in service for nail trims. The women in the grooming department are SO good with our dogs. Our female had a bad experience once and has been really skittish about getting her nails trimmed. The team loved on her, coaxed her, calmed her and were so gentle with her....I can't tell you how much I appreciated that. Thank you!

I have driven by this store countless times and only stopped in today because it was on my way to something else and I wanted to save time rather than going to my usual store. I experienced the best customer service I have had at any business in probably years! I was greeted immediately, asked what I was looking for, guided to everything I needed, signed up for the free rewards program to get a fair bit of savings on my purchase, and I was even intercepted in the parking lot to have my cart taken in for me. Amazing customer service, they are all so nice, I love the costume contest they hold every year, they don’t care products that can harm your dog and have your pets best interest in mind. I love the dog wash station and the soaps they offer at it! I’ve never had any complaints, I always love going there! And I love that their staff is actually educated about dogs!!
