Instead it was all cleared up within a few days and he took care of everything! His quote was much less than the other company’s I got and it included more as well. “We have had a very positive experience using Phoenix reconstruction to do two jobs actually. The downstairs basement flooded after a thunderstorm and once the mitigation was done they were Jthey were immediately on the job. and got everything done and taken care of. Then there was a leak upstairs in the kitchen that went down into the area they fixed, and Over three months they have just been there every time you needed them. The project manager Toby was always accessible and very very prompt in getting things done. “Andrew was awesome!! He came out to the house after an hour drive, inspected our shower and gave me great tips on how to prevent stuff from growing in the grout! He even sealed the part of the base moulding next to my shower for free!! Gave me referrals for people to help prevent future growth!!Highly recommend them!!!“
