I had the pleasure to work with Terry Braswell to have several trees and shrubs removed and replaced at my home. Terry was very responsive and provided me with an accurate estimate for the work. Terry is extremely knowledgeable about what trees and shrubs are best for our climate here in southern Idaho, and helped guide me on what should be done. Once I approved the estimate, the Urness team promptly communicated with me the date that the work would be completed. On the day that the work was to begin I left for work, and when I returned home, everything was done exactly as Terry and I had discussed.
