“Mr. Josh is amazing! I’ve always been interested in exploring my abilities to practice martial arts, and Mr. Josh gave me that opportunity. Not only that but he’s helped me reach goals with my weight (gaining muscle and staying above 110 lbs) and I have the type of muscle I never thought I would. If you’re looking for a trainer that understands how you learn, and how to push you, Mr. Josh is your guy!”
“Coming to Timber and Steel has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. It's made such a difference in my life and health. The coaches are wonderful, caring, knowledgeable and patient. The people are welcoming and friendly. I always believed that I wasn't strong, well, not anymore. I've even started running ?♀️ on my own and with some of the people from the gym. If you are looking for a great place to begin your fitness journey, give Timber and Steel a chance ?”
