Joanne has been an absolute blessing in my life. Shrinking fat cells and building muscle and finally understanding why/how after a lifetime of frustration and disappointment. Joanne will meet you where you are in your journey. She inspiring, intelligent and not judgmental at all. I love her! I have done 3 programs so far and hope to do more soon.
Joanne has been truly inspirational. She explains everything in a way I can easily understand and has helped me make practical choices that have a long-term impact. Thanks to her guidance, I have learned so much about my body, and I have been able to lose weight and keep it off.
A good friend asked me to do Peak Week with her so reluctantly said yes and I am so glad I did! It has been exactly what I needed. Not only did I lose several pounds I FEEL so much better. Looking forward to participating in more programs. Joanne’s coaching and the group setting is a perfect combination.
