They didn't charge us for the service and explained sometimes this happens with older drives. They were honest and upfront, while explaining issues with external hard drives and problems they see. They talked to us like we were people, not from scripts like the robots that work the Geek Squad at Best Buy and Online services! I got horribly hacked on my pc when, I called my bank to alert them to put my accounts on high security alert, the bank guy recommended I take my computer to David so he could run diagnostics to see what damage had been done.
