A friend recommended that I seek tech support from Northwind, and I'm so glad I did. My Lenovo had the BSOD and all I had to work with was the command prompt. Not being a savvy tech wiz, I was not sure of the commands needed to copy data to a thumb drive. After consulting with Freda, she suggested that I get a different computer with more RAM and memory.

I used my old computer to finish my taxes but I couldn't remember my super-secret pw. A very nice fellow helped me out when I was in a jam. I highly recommend Northwind for tech support!

Frida and the crew were a great service and small business! Very open availability and were very accommodating. Great atmosphere and very laid back. They helped out with a simple minor PC issue for a great price. I definitely recommend them over the nearby choices!
