This place was fantastic. I had called around for pricing to a few places when I called T.V.I.T.. They were half the price per hr as all the others, so I went with them and I'm glad I did. They are very upfront about potential costs and seem very willing to stay within the customers budget. The turn around was very fast,( I was told they like to get the machines back out the door within 8hr)I had mine back by the same evening.I would feel very comfortable in recommending T.V.I.T to anyone. I worked with Spencer Krebs on setting up my printer. We spent a lot of time on the phone. Spencer was very helpful in solving my problem. I would recommend Treasure valley IT to anyone with a computer problem.
We recently changed our IT services to TVIT. They are responsive to our needs and work well with the staff. They are able to explain technology to staff in a way that makes sense. We appreciate the professionalism and prompt responses.
