Had a great, productive experience. I built a pc but could not get it to power on, David helped me troubleshoot the issue and identified a faulty PSU. Was able to buy and install a new one and now the PC is up and running! I really appreciate his patience and knowledge.
A knowledgeable fellow with the experience needed. I had bought an M 2 SSD and realized I didn't have the screw needed to install it. He helped me identify the correct screw and sold it to me for a fair price. Not to mention the only computer store I could find that was open on Sundays. Will definitely go back in the future.
David is really knowledgeable and helped me find a computer within my demanding work requirements! He looked through the specs I needed and matched me with my pc, with patience and no judgement despite my lack of hardware knowledge. I found my computer was better than ones I was considering online, and cheaper! I'd definitely recommend David for any computer, from high to low specs.
