I had an incidence of malware on my laptop. Jacob came to my house within a day and resolved it in a few minutes. He then ran the windows defender on my laptop to solve any other potential issues. He was very friendly and is clearly very competent. To top it off, he did not charge me for the visit because the problem was resolved quickly. I highly recommend this business!
I had the pleasure of working with Jeremy in diagnosing some issues on my gaming computer. Jeremy promptly identified the issues, provided clear solutions and implemented those in a timely manner. The communication throughout the process was detailed and appreciated. I will use Jeremy and team on any future computer service needs!
I reached out to Jacob to help me with some network setup at my small business. He was quick to respond and incredibly thorough. Broke things down for me in laymen's terms and was incredibly fair with his pricing. Would highly recommend.
