Integrity Hardwood LLC

Integrity Hardwood is a North Idaho owned, small family business specializing in the installation and restoration of high quality, custom, site finished wood flooring. John Sandford is an expert at taking raw wood and creating a floor that is truly beautiful and unique!

John and his daughter were absolutely amazing! They repaired and re-finished original hardwood floors in an old farmhouse and married new hardwood to the old, making it look like it’s been there for 100 years. The result was stunning, and you can’t tell the old from the new. They worked around contractors to ensure floors didn’t hold up progress. John is top-notch, using the highest quality installation methods. His attention to detail is unmatched, and he takes pride in his craft. He was excellent at communicating every step. The final product is stunning, extremely durable, and built to last. Scheduling and communication were smooth and easy, and they ran a tidy project. John is knowledgeable, skilled, and fair on pricing. Scheduling, quality, and finish are always on point. After water damage caused boards to crown, John restored the floor to like new condition—perfectly smooth and an exact match. He is a true professional, and highly recommended.
