Josh came out to our house when we flooded our basement. He gave us the best price for water remediation and set up his equipment in person. When everything was dry his tech showed us the moisture reader findings to demonstrate that our house was dry. My wife appreciated Josh’s compassion at a difficult time, she called him on his personal cell after hours on the weekend and he was kind and courteous as he answered her questions. Highly recommended.
The team, especially Josh, have been absolutely 100% professional, helpful, and very communicative! Our unit had a plumbing emergency and they swiftly came in to help address and fix.
