A friend of mine (shes on disability and a fixed income) noticed her her house was cold she's checked the thermostat and it was set at 70 but the house was 59. We pulled the door off the furnace and noticed it was hearing up but the fan wasn't kicking on. TJ was at her house with in 20 mins of our phone call and it was the blower motor. The furnace wasn't under warranty anymore and she couldn't afford to get it fixed. They told me they had resources to help in situations like these. The part was pretty expensive. Very pleased with the service today. We were unfamiliar with a new system and he provided an education as well as making certain everything was in working order. The office was awesome in keeping us informed when we could expect them to arrive. Definitely recommend Todds.Service: HVAC system maintenance
