Alan went ABOVE and BEYOND taking care of installation on a mini split unit I had purchased to replace an old unit. He made adjustments to clean up and and make this installation look professional and not like an after thought as the previous unit looked. I scheduled an appointment a month in advance and he showed up that day and got to work. He had the electrical part changed so that I now have access to an outdoor power source and no longer have to run an extention cord for outside lighting. We had another company come out to look at our furnace when it quit working and they said it would cost so much money to fix we should probably think about replacing it and our outside air conditioning unit (that is not even running in the middle of winter and I told them we’ve had no issues with) we called bobs sheet metal after a recommendation from a friend and Allen came out and had our furnace fixed and running within a couple hours and charged us a small fraction of what the other company wanted. Thank you Allen for saving us so much stress, time, and money!
Honesty, integrity, and compassion are some of the words I think fit this business. Alan didn't try to persuade me that my older furnace needs replaced with a newer one or that I'm wasting money by not investing in a new unit. He did amazing work to service my furnace and reassure me that it's in good working condition. This is a good business with fair practices that we are lucky to have in Blackfoot!
