“Our furnace quit working right in the middle of our worst winter storm yet. We called Alan and he was over within the hour. The part we needed to fix our furnace would not be in for days and he did not want to leave us without heat. Alan worked some kind of magic and brought a temporary part to keep us warm till the part came in. Mind you this was a furnace Alan installed 20 years ago! It has been fantastic all this time with no problems ever. Top notch customer service and quality! Thank you for saving the day!“
