I asked my local propane company to recommend someone to repair my furnace, and they recommended Miles. I'm so glad they did. I had used another local company, and felt like their repairman was basically a sales person that fixed furnaces (check my other reviews if you want more details). They really tried to sell me a new furnace. Erik, with Miles, came out and repaired it, but said I should probably get a new furnace (mine was 20 years old), but I didn't have to, and could keep my old 80% furnace running. I really appreciated that honesty. So when it came time to get a new furnace, I got a quote from Miles, which was a little more than $6000, and I checked other companies...read full review
