Our water heater quit working on a Sunday. I called at 8 a.m. Monday morning. They had a repairman at our house by 9:30. He was very pleasant and knew exactly how to fix the problem. I have purchased a new furnace and water heater from this company in the last 2 years. They are always very professional, thorough and friendly. You get the impression that they care about you as a client.
Greg Fry, the technician who performed the tune up on the furnace, air conditioner and water heater was great. He explained all the parts and what he was looking for. That is a first!I definitely will be asking for him again. He was very nice, trustworthy and knowledgeable.Thank you Greg!
I called later in the evening and they were out the next morning for a non emergency fix!!! They had great communication leading up to the time of service. Andrew and his co worker were amazing to work with and were very kind and respectful. They were able to figure out the issue within minutes and were in and out in about a half hour! We will definitely be using right now in the future for any needs that may arise.
