The installation was quick and easy. Andres and Justin was very friendly and professional. The product was great. The pan under the water heater was a little small for the size of the tank. That is the only thing that I noticed. The pan should be a little bigger for the size of the water heater.
Tech was very good at his job and informed me on any issues that I may have had (which were none) told me what I can do to help extend the life of all my HVAC units. Very pleased with service I highly recommend.
Mark was able to identify the problem quickly and educated me on a few things about my system that will help me understandit better. I was impressed with the quick response time. Only about a half hour after my call! Thanks so much.
