“Our sales person was knowledgeable and helpful. He kept the planning phase of our project moving and kept us informed the whole time. He answered questions and provided options regarding the basic roofing project. He arranged for us to meet the Senior Roofing Manager when we had questions on how best to handle some roofing repairs, improving attic venting, and soffit refinishing.

The carpenters who did the repairs and soffit work did a fabulous job. They didn’t quite have the information they needed to execute the soffit work when they arrived, but that was cleared up.

I do hope the roofing crew got bonus pay considering the heat on the day our project was scheduled. 🤔 It was pretty brutal. We were provided an update including photos half way into the re-roofing process.
