Shane and Jack, with LINS, were on time, very proficient in removing the old water heater and installing the new one. They installed a new (small) section of the water line to the new heater with a quarter turn on/off switch to update that connection, improved the vent stack by screwing the pieces together, etc. They were neat in all of the constuction. We give them a 5 star rating! Thank you LINS!“

“My experience on 7.17.25 was excellent. I've never used this company until then. I called in on the 16th with some drainage issues with my HVAC that I couldn't diagnose. They were able to come out the same day but I was unavailable so they put me down for the next day. Johnny showed up right away the next day, listened to my thoughts, and got to work. He told me everything he was doing, he costs associated, showed me what he was doing, etc. The cost was VERY reasonable for what he did and my system is working great again.
