This was the 4th estimate we got . I could tell that the guy that came to give us an estimate was not a typical salesman. He looked at the whole system and immediately noticed something that I knew but no one else saw. The water heater exhaust was too close to the furnace intake. He said the intake would have to be moved to the other side. I said that a power vented water heater would be better. I asked if they could install one. He said not usually but he would check. They were able to do it because they partner with other companies exchanging expertise and even tools. Everything went great! And they were even the lowest bidder. Absolutely amazing! Went completely above and beyond even when they didn’t have to. Stayed late into the night and came back the next morning to get the job done. Found the hard to parts. Will never use anyone else!
