Ilten's Incorporated is a business known for their reasonable pricing and great service. They have been praised for their prompt and complete repairs, as well as their ability to explain the differences between old and new systems. Customers have highlighted the outstanding service provided by the technicians, who are dedicated and skilled in their work. One customer appreciated their weekend availability for a complex thermostat replacement. Another customer had a new furnace installed and was impressed by the professionalism and respect shown by the team. They noted that the technician did an excellent job, leaving the area clean and tidy. Overall, Ilten's Incorporated is recommended for any air-conditioning or hot water heating system repair or replacement, with many expressing confidence in reaching out for HVAC needs.
Daughter with 2 little kids had furnace issues over weekend with temps degrees and falling.. Allison contacted us first thing Monday to set up service call. Service Tec ( Rick) was very professional, courteous. He went thru systems thoroughly and fixed the problem. He even checked out the Nest T-stat ( another problem). I strongly recommend Iltens for any heating/cooling work. In this day and age with all the options available to call its nice to have great service from a local family run business.
The technicians are top notch. They worked as a team and finished the repair in record time. They are fantastic technicians
