Daughter with 2 little kids had furnace issues over weekend with temps degrees and falling.. Allison contacted us first thing Monday to set up service call. Service Tec ( Rick) was very professional, courteous. He went thru systems thoroughly and fixed the problem. He even checked out the Nest T-stat ( another problem). I strongly recommend Iltens for any heating/cooling work. In this day and age with all the options available to call its nice to have great service from a local family run business.
I would like to compliment Brian from Ilten’s for the Outstanding job he did installing my new Lennox furnace and Lennox air conditioner last week. He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable throughout the entire installation process. I especially appreciated how informative he was in explaining how the new units and the thermostat work together. He made sure I understood everything before he left, which I truly valued.

We have been working with Ilten's for over a decade. They are hands down the best locally owned HVAC company in town. They do quick, professional work on the new construction side and always give you multiple options on the residential service and repair side, rather than just jumping to sell you a brand new system. They also have fantastic deals on appliances. John is one of the best techs, you're lucky if you get him and he's always willing to share his knowledge. Alison and all the office administrators are joy to work with.
