Daughter with 2 little kids had furnace issues over weekend with temps degrees and falling.. Allison contacted us first thing Monday to set up service call. Service Tec ( Rick) was very professional, courteous. He went thru systems thoroughly and fixed the problem. He even checked out the Nest T-stat ( another problem). I strongly recommend Iltens for any heating/cooling work. In this day and age with all the options available to call its nice to have great service from a local family run business.

Weekend work done to remove fancy, complex and failed computerized thermastat put in by another company (which would not come out on a weekend) Did a workaround and returned to replace with a regular thermastat. Very nice people and was shocked that the price was so reasonable.

Just had the HVAC replaced, the pricing was reasonable and the service was great. The technician that did the work was prompt and explained how the new system was different the one we had. Was very pleased.
