Daughter with 2 little kids had furnace issues over weekend with temps degrees and falling.. Allison contacted us first thing Monday to set up service call. Service Tec ( Rick) was very professional, courteous. He went thru systems thoroughly and fixed the problem. He even checked out the Nest T-stat ( another problem). I strongly recommend Iltens for any heating/cooling work. In this day and age with all the options available to call its nice to have great service from a local family run business.

What I appreciated most about my experience with Iltens was that Adam listened to what I wanted, what I disliked about my current HVAC system, and my anticipated budget. Then he gave me different options I could mix and match to address those items. He even managed to make a fix on my AC while he was there to get me through a few more days of the heat wave, which was incredibly kind. Communication was phenomenal throughout, installation went smoothly, Brian gave me a great tutorial on the thermostat and app, and they made sure I was happy before they left. Really excellent experience overall.
