Overall the experience was fine. Ductwork had been making a noise when system shuts off and the technician said he wasn’t able to fix it. Otherwise I was just having a service/cleaning done since it had been a decade. I was able to fix the ductwork noise myself by placing a sheet between the ductwork and the furnace preventing the ductwork from expanding and contracting. At 175 bucks after tax I feel that may have been a little bit high for the service I received.
After getting 5 quotes, we had LINS do our AC and furnace replacement this summer. They were very straightforward with their pricing, work that needs to be done and giving us options with different model units.
The crew did great work and cleaned up everything after themselves. LINS is an authorized Rheem dealer and they are top notch in the HVAC industry! No complaints here, highly recommend!
