I have used all the home services for homeowners over the 24 years Novak has been our HVAC service provider. This is including our most recent service of purchasing a new furnace and air conditioning system. I got several bids because of the larger financial investment and still my usual contractor, Novak, was the best quality, price and service. Honest, fair and clear pricing has and continues to be one of the things I appreciate most about them. Whatever you think about union craftsmen, there is no disputing this business has never sent a bad service person to our home. I expect that since they are union trained craftsmen. I have Novak Heating perform an annual furnace and air conditioner preventative maintenance check up each year. Today they checked my furnace. I received a call from their service tech that he’d be here in 5 minutes. At about the same time I received a text message from Jen at Novak with a picture of their service tech, Julio. Providing that picture and notification is a great service for their customers. Julio arrived and throughly maintained the furnace. He noticed the humidifier was not hooked up said he be happy to wire it correctly. He got it running in a couple minutes. What a great example Julio is of what a great service tech should be. Had an annual air conditioner check-up. Have been using Novak for more than 10 years. Great office staff & repair people have been great. Knowledgeable, provide tips to improve functions, always pleasant & considerate of my homeHighly recommend them. Shannon was my technician on 8/20/2021. Did s great job, made sure everything worked correctly.5/22/2023, Steve did a thorough job, super customer service skills. Again, Office staff is awesome!2/22/24 Escalade did a thorough job cleaning my dryer vent! He was on time, checked it all out, ran dryer & checked outside that it was clear & running as it should.
