I called Emery on July 1st, a Friday late afternoon. Richard was out in less than 2 hours. He was able to get it running, but the unit was 17 years old and I was not sure how much longer it would cool. I got a price for a new unit, it seemed very reasonable so I decided to purchase a new one. They were out Monday morning, the day before the 4th and got it installed and cooling in a few hours. The split heating unit took a few more hours, but was finished that day. I was extremely happy with the service and the a/c is working great. I recommend this company.

Our A/C died and they came out to repair it once, but then it went out completely a few weeks later. He did warn us it was on its last leg, which we already knew. Our furnace was in bad shape too so we ended up having both replaced . They noticed while they were here that our water heater in the basement was rusted out on the bottom and leaking. Thank goodness they saw it and let us know!! Very friendly and professional service! Quality products as well. We definitely recommend Emery!!Services: Heating system repair

Furnace has acted up twice and both times we've called for service, they've gotten it running again the same day regardless of the weather. They show up right on time and are honest with service and expectations of your unit. Would recommend them any day.Service: Heating system repair
